ath/wlan setting country on same line as other configs

It's a bug I haven't addressed.  ifconfig needs re-read the channel list 
from the kernel to get the channel #'s.  If you specify the frequency 
instead it should work.

Should be an easy fix if you care to, otherwise filing a PR would help 
it not be lost.
