gcc 4.3: when will it become standard compiler?

Hello Current,

    If anyone is interested, I have put togeather a port for binutils-2.19 
and have also created a PR ports/130715 to get it added to the ports tree.

    I would be greatfull for any peer review of the port as this is my first 
attempt at making one.
