HEAD newfs/sysinstall issues

Hello:
	About two weeks ago we had a discussion about my inability to complete 
an install because the partition/label part of sysinstall was getting 
confused.  Your last comment was:

	Well, now I'm using the beta-3/amd64 dvd, and I've still got the problem.
