[follow-up] FreeBSD/amd64 r195146 to r195848, fatal trap 12 under network load

I think I'm seeing this panic after a cvsup yesterday.  With all
kernel debugging options turned off, it will happen almost immediately
and 100% of the time with the "ping-flood" test.  Machine is nehalem
(4 cores + HTT).  So far I haven't been able to reproduce it with
debugging turned on, but I'll gladly take any suggestions and do
whatever I can to help fix it.
