EC2 "C5" family instances

I finally got around to writing my blog post explaining the situation with
"C5" EC2 instances:

For those of you who don't care about the details, the short story is "hotplug
is hard; until FreeBSD 11.2 is released, plan on rebooting if you attach or
detach EBS disks".
