FreeBSD is not booting in Openstack

Can't comment on the specifics of this issue, but since 8.4 is end of life June
30, 2015, which is real soon, you should probably look at using a newer version
of FreeBSD. Perhaps 9.3 or 10.1 won't have this issue?
