chromium-46.0.2490.80.patch
Should a user run /usr/local/bin/chrome from a GUI they may miss the message
that a sysctl should be set. I believe having that information in the
pkg-message would be beneficial and helpful to new users.
As a response to

Patch attached
www/chromium: add sysctl prerequisites to pkg-message
- Aid user who runs chrome from GUI vice CLI that may miss the sysctl
requirement
- No PORTREVISION bump given trivial aspect of change
