Version 35.0.1916.114 (270117) breaks html5 video

Have no idea but maybe someone else could clarify if they also have issues
with the package.

If you to fix it I suggest portmaster chromium.

I did notice another odd issue, which is that the kdialog is slow has well
to the point of being unusable!
