CLANG and the GCC are mutually exclusive for chromium building

Hi,

it would be nice to mark in /usr/ports/www/chromium/Makefile that CLANG and the 
GCC are mutually exclusive - last define wins.

IGNORE= conflicting options (CLANG or GCC)
