	Nope.  They are required, by law, to advertise all jobs first to 
Dutch nationals, then to other EU nationals, and only then may they 
advertise jobs to non-EU nationals (and only if they can provide 
proof that there are no Dutch or EU nationals that have the necessary 
skills and are interested).

	This means that if you are to get hired by a Dutch company, they 
have to go through a minimum five week waiting period as they go 
through this process, even if they have no intention of hiring anyone 
but you (been there, done that).


	And you have no idea what a company has to go through for work 
permit paperwork.  Certainly, my former employer (Snow BV, a Dutch 
consulting company) had no idea.
