  The Kurdish verb "levandin" means "to move"

  In French the verb "se laver" means "to wash"; you "move" your hands against
                         ^^^                     eachother (rub) them to wash

  Je me lave les mains // I wash my hands

  So something that can not "move" thus can not be alive.

  An important aspect of living is to be able to move  ;)
