i have successfully upgrade 10.4 to 11.1p10 with freebsd-upgrade
but now, it is impossible to upgrade 10.4 to 11.1release or 11.1p10 to
11.1p(latest)
same message each time (with same filename), on many freebsd, from at least two
world location (with different internet access)(so its not a proxy/cache
problem)
