if_ndis disable BUS_DMA_ALLOCNOW
ndis_attach_pci() unnecessarily passes BUS_DMA_ALLOCNOW when allocating its
parent DMA tag; this eager allocation can trigger ENOMEM, preventing
attachment.
Attached is a tiny patch removing the eager-allocation flag. With this, I'm
able to use NDIS drivers.
