http://www.freebsd.org/send-pr.html not working

Hi,

The webpage mentioned above does not display the human verification image.  

The image, at address http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/confirm-code.cgi?db=sendpr, 
returns "500 - Internal Server Error" and submitting a PR (without a 
verification image), at address http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/dosendpr.cgi, also 
returns "500 - Internal Server Error".  

Could you please fix this?
