'/etc/rc.d/bluetooth start ubt0' don't show debug messages

rc.bluetooth is called from devd on device arrival departure. in most
cases you just plug the device and it should work. you really do not
need to call rc.bluetooth start by hand any more (unless you know that
is what you want)
