I cross-build my arm64/aarch64 12-STABLE packages using Poudriere running
on a FreeBSD/amd64 system. Quite a few packages are still building for me
but since at least 2020-02-01 I've had these three packages consistently
fail to build:

- net/p5-Socket6
- devel/p5-Locale-gettext
- devel/p5-Locale-libintl

The failure of those to build currently causes 64 packages to be skipped of
the ones I normally build.

According to my Poudriere logs, I last successfully built ports-mgmt/pkg on
2020-02-18.
