Yeah, and just a few hours ago I discovered the cause of the XHCI attach failure on ACPI:
https://reviews.freebsd.org/D25201
But we still need the 3GB RAM limiter turned on in the firmware settings.
We are in good company though https://github.com/pftf/RPi4/issues/20 :D
Only NetBSD does the required thing right now.
But that's easy to fix.
