 I guess that it hang when we set the lpll to normal mode in
rk3399_clk_pll_init as it will be the first function called after the
clock is registered.
 You could try removing the block that set it to normal mode and also
printing all the clock registers (just look at the recalc function
below and read and print con1 to con4).
