ARM_L2_PIPT option

Hi

I found ARM_L2_PIPT option in std.armv6 and std.armv7.

But this macro use in only use include/cpu-v4.h and include/pmap-v4.h.

I seem this option can delete in std.armv6 and std.armv7.
