The pi4 has a brand new broadcom RGMII ethernet controller for which we have no drivers. I was looking at it, we might be able to build on top of the recent contributions for RGMII ethernet made by Ian Lepore. But ultimately this is a new platform with lots of custom hardware that will require investment from experts if people want to see it running FreeBSD in a usable way.
