boot.ini file for Odroid-C1 on FreeBSD wiki page

Hi Boris-san
- boot without Serial Console.
I tested Odroid-C1 without Serial Console. It can start it without serial
console. Unfortunately I don't know
why Boris's enviroment is not.
Tested kernel
FreeBSD 12.0-CURRENT #1 r321382M
