Hello,
I've added SPI bitbang to my python gpio lib[1] a few month ago, I
didn't make a release after that so you will need to compile the module
itself.
You will need to patch you python[2] to use the system compiler and not
the cross building one too. You don't have to recompile the packages,
just patch directly _sysconfigdata.py and config/Makefile.
