Lately -head on an RPI2 has started showing what looks like a recovered error
on the console shortly after rebooting:

Thu Nov 17 09:30:18 PST 2016

FreeBSD/arm (www.zefox.com) (ttyu0)

login: Nov 17 09:31:36 www su: bob to root on /dev/pts/0
(da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): READ(10). CDB: 28 00 00 b6 d0 e8 00 00 18 00
(da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): CAM status: CCB request completed with an error
(da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): Retrying command

FreeBSD/arm (www.zefox.com) (ttyu0)

It repeats verbatim between OS builds and reboots. No detectable problems
otherwise are apparent. Uname -a reports:
FreeBSD 12.0-CURRENT (RPI2) #13 r308792: Thu Nov 17 23:13:55 PST 2016

da0 is a USB flash drive hosting /usr, /var, /tmp and swap, root is on micro-SD.

Is this suggestive of hardware trouble?

Thanks for reading!
