Odroidc1+ stuck booting

Hi,
Managed to make a bootable SD, cross compile world/kernel,
but the kernel startup gets stuck, I can’t even get into the debugger.
any help/hints most welcome :-)
btw, I can also boot via the network, cutting down the debug cycle considerably.
