Hey Nikolai,

I believe the snapshots are meant more for connecting a serial cable up
to the RPI3 rather than using the HDMI output. RPI3 support itself is
very immature at this point. Only one of the four cores is activated.
I'm sure Andrew Turner and others could probably shed more light on
what work has been done and what's left to do.
