Effect of partitioning on wear-leveling

I just looked at a data sheet.  It said "Data retention: 10 years".  It didn't specify if that was powered or unpowered.  That was from the marketing stuff on the front page rather than the details inside that I would trust.

It probably depends on the temperature.  That is probably a very conservative number.
