USB is connected to my FreeBSD 9.1 box for console and I have an
independent 2 amp power supply connected to the coaxial power input.
I will take a fast look at it with a voltmeter and see if it is solid.
If that shows nothing wrong I guess I can pull the scope out and have a
look at it with the scope for noise.
