RPC link error when WITH_OFED is set building PANDABOARD, but no errors from tinderbox?

Pandaboard config got only NFSCLIENT not NFSCL and  it seems that rpc/svc.c
is set as dependency only for NFSCL. And r244008 added reference to 
xprt_XXXX
functions. Why tinderbox is silent - I don't know.
