I had/have(?) one of these cards, and getting bktr(4) working for my
card (ATI TV Wonder, non-VE) was one of my first contributions to
FreeBSD, almost 16 years ago.

Aside from being unused now, it's likely unusable, since at least in
the US OTA is ATSC-only, and cable has done away with analog long ago,
so it might be useful for old game consoles, maybe?

Agreed, long since time to remove it.
