Removing: bktr(4) Brooktree Video Capture card

Goodness, that brings back memories! I had one of the Brooktree Bt848 
based Hauppauge WinTV cards back in the mid to late 90s. I think I 
stopped using it around 2004, so I'd agree it's time to remove it from 
the tree.
