Before folks get too excited about test@ & testing@:

* test@ is for testing ability to send mail to FreeBSD.org (mailing
  lists).

* testing@ *used* to exist, but was retired for lack of relevant
  traffic.

* There's little difference in effort in resurrecting testing@ vs.
  creating atf at .
