[RFC] Remove i386 from bsd.cpu.mk

i386 will then still be supported by netbsd.
so nothing is lost.

we might even be a bit more aggressive
on getting rid of that old cruft.

the freebsd kernel should be tuned towards 
the recent cpus.


Is there anyone working on transactional memory?
