Dynamic pcpu, arm, mips, powerpc, sun, etc. help needed

I had before I did the pcpu_ptr change.  I will again.  I'm doing the 
module stuff now so I'll do another round of testing when that's done.

Which xscale platfom?  There are 5 or so.
