The problems occured when updating php56-5.6.32 -> php56-5.6.33 last week.

php-cli seems to work, invoked via "php -a":
Interactive mode enabled

php > echo function_exists("foo") ? "yes" : "no";
no
php > 

Is this right? really php -M?
