nm resides in /usr/bin, not /usr/local/bin - this has to be changed.
Installing binutils as a workaround fixes this as well.

I get this when trying a make, using MAKE_JOBS_UNSAFE=yes on
apache24-2.4.23_2. Problem has persisted for a few days now:
