Please review: fix www/mod_auth_kerb2 for Apache 2.4.x

I've been running (a variant of) this patch locally for a good while but
never got around to sending a patch.  I tested both SPNEGO and Basic
authentication and verified that the module still builds and works with
Apache 2.2.x.

Mind if I commit this?
