Install of Apache 2.0.63 from ports in FreeBSD 8.1 AMD64 failed

We know:
  The we don't have a fix; however, this work around works --

$ cd /usr/ports/www/apache20
$ make clean
$ make

It seems to only fail about 5/100 or so.
