anything from OPTIONS, or the make CLI can go in /etc/make.conf.
Not all WITH_* variables have been OPTIONized.

IMHO, you really should run 2 different httpd instances 1 with
python+django, the other with php.

If I was going to do perl/php I would say the same thing.

See the /etc/rc.conf apache22_profiles="a b c" setup for this
