FreeBSD Port: www/apache13-ssl

Hello.

Apache 1.3.41 1.59 SSL port:

It seems we've run across some very weird SSL handshake issues
with IE, chrome and Firefox2.. however Firefox3 all works
well. I'm quite convinced its in the way this version is
handling POST's to the client, and in its current form, is
quite broken to many clients.

I wanted to find out if you could direct me to the best list to
join to ask a few questions of the 1.3.41.1.59 apache13-ssl port
on FreeBSD-7.1? I wish not to waste anyone's time needlessly if
its merely an issue on my end.
