I can confirm this has something to do with the acpi code because i removed
acpi_video_load="YES" from /boot/loader.conf and i load it with 
kld_list="acpi_video" on /etc/rc.conf which load the modules after the usb load
and mount the zpool tank and i booted like 10 times with no usb errors.
