I think this SOC only has only one UART (integrated into the PCU) but two
Serial I/O HSUARTs. 

The UART (uart.0) works with current 3F8h, IRQ4 settings.

The hint.uart.1.* settings from device.hints must be removed for this SOC since
uart1 and uart2 devices will be SIO High Speed UARTs.
