No that's not the case as hd(5) is on a different physical device:
sata(0x1,0xfff,0x0)
boot1.efi was loaded from:
sata(0x0,0xfff,0x0):hd(1)
Hence why the sata(0x0,0xfff,0x0):hd(1) is preferred.
If you want to boot from:
sata(0x0,0xfff,0x0):hd(5)
You would need to chain load a boot1.efi on:
sata(0x1,0xfff,0x0)
