Copied your boot1.efi on SSD.
Unfortunately I don't know anything about serial consoles and taking proper
screen shots of the console while booting was almost impossible... so I
recorded a movie that shows perfectly the whole boot process.

It is about 200MB and I uploaded it to my Google Drive.
