I installed the 8.0 Beta 3 release using the USB image on an Intel D945GCLF2 board with 2GB RAM and Hyperthreading disabled in the bios.
The first thing I did was to setenv to change the PACKAGESITE to packages-8-stable. I then issued the following command to install "mc" :
"pkg_add -r mc". While the system was fetching the binary from FTP site I got the following message on the console.
