In general, no - FreeBSD/amd64 will execute most FreeBSD/i386 programs
(the exceptions are ones that poke around in KVM).

This implies that the 32-bit support libraries have not been installed
(see "lib32 - 32-bit runtime compatibility libraries" in sysinstall).
