I'm trying to boot with a 6.1-BETA4 (amd64) CD and getting a BTX halted error, as follows:

Trying with a 5.4-RELEASE (x86) CD, I also get a BTX halted error:

> BTX halted
I've tried disabling everything I could in the BIOS having to do with IDE and DMA (having seen hints via Google that this was related to BTX halt problems), to no avail.
>How-To-Repeat:
Booting system with 6.1-BETA4 (amd64) or 5.4-RELEASE (x86) CDs reliably reproduces this problem. Have not tried with other versions or OSes (have OpenBSD & Scientific Linux easily available and can try if that'd be helpful).
