if_sk cause crash - was=> amd64 slower than i386 on identical AMD 64 system?

Hi

all suspected issues are not applying for the crashes of AMD64 SMP

we found that the crashes are caused by the SK driver on SMP systems

we disabled the onboard sk and put an aditional NIC into a PCI slot and all 
problems are gone.
