Okay, I did what you requested:
ACPI and APIC enabled, kern.smp.disabled="1" in /boot/loader.conf
Laptop hangs after this strings:

No progress in about 5 minutes, though it's not completely freezed. If
I press power button something is echoed to screen about ACPI being
not ready.
