amd64 SMP (X2) panic when enabling polling

HI
I get kernel panic when enabling polling on the NICs, not directly but after 
some time. I tried 3com/xl and Realtek/rl. 
The same hardware runs fine as UP, soon I use the SMP kernel it panics soon, 
no core is generated.

No difference if I use PREEMPTION and IPI_PREEMPTION
Using ULE it stays longer than with 4BSD
disabling mpsafe also seems to stand longer

The MB is Asus A8V
