Kernel with mpt driver from 6 weeks ago works:
mpt0: <LSILogic 1030 Ultra4 Adapter> port 0x4000-0x40ff mem 0xf1110000-0xf111ffff,0xf1100000-0xf110ffff irq 29 at device 1.0 on pci14
mpt0: [GIANT-LOCKED]
mpt0: MPI Version=1.2.12.0
mpt1: <LSILogic 1030 Ultra4 Adapter> port 0x4400-0x44ff mem 0xf1130000-0xf113ffff,0xf1120000-0xf112ffff irq 30 at device 1.1 on pci14
mpt1: [GIANT-LOCKED]
mpt1: MPI Version=1.2.12.0
